green nordic walking trail

Not so demanding route for  the beginners as well as advanced lovers of nordic walking. It is made as    4.9-km long loop. The the beginning of  the route is located at the bus stop in Zwierzyń, in the neighbourhood  of  the San River bend. After warming-up, which is presented on the board with descriptions of the routes, we start our trail. Taking the asphalt road between  the San river  and the  massif of Trzy Kopce we march  to the   "Myczkowce" Hydropower Plant. We cross the bridge on the San River  and turn left.   We march along  dirt road through the scrub and we reach the point of measurement of heart rate. The black trail runs straight but we turn left. Follow  the green trail we pass the roadside shrine - the stations of the Way of the Cross. Taking a part of it  we return to Zwierzyń. Just a moment and after crossing the bridge on the San river  we reach the bus stop  closing the loop of  the green trail.
